For clients who are capable and willing to represent themselves in court (In Pro Per), the minimum cost of service for court document preparartion and court hearing preparation is $399.00 per motion, per case. We define "per case" to mean per relationship. This fee will cover our services for a period of four (4) months. Therefore, if other issues arise from the same case during the four-month period, we will continue to be available to assist our clients. Appearance fees for our expert attorneys start at $500.00 per appearance, depending on court location. Attorney's are available for appearances to all our clients upon request. If signing-up online for appearances, call our office for a precise rate quote before proceeding with the payment transaction.
For clients who seek a traditional approach to legal representation, our attorneys are available to assume full Power of Attorney to aggressively represent you at all phases of your case.
